Muddy Frogwater Festival

2015 will mark the 35th Anniversary of the Muddy Frogwater Country Classic Festival in Milton-Freewater, Oregon! The festival, scheduled for August 14-16, takes place at Yantis Park located on DeHaven St. People from all over the Pacific Northwest come together to enjoy the pleasant, rural setting Milton-Freewater has to offer.

The whole family is taken into consideration when planning for the festival: from the Kid Zone to the Art Show and everything in between, there are fun activities, events, contests and games for everyone. Be sure to check out the schedule of events for a complete listing of what's happening!

Admission to the festival is free! (Please note that some charges may apply for meal tickets, vendor games or contest entries. Meal tickets can be purchased on site.)

Live Entertainment - Two local bands will rock the bandshell at Yantis Park on both Friday & Saturday nights. FREE Admission! 
The Talent of the Valley Competition will take place on Saturday, August 15th. The judges will pick the top three to battle it our for the $500 Grand Prize.

Good Food, Good Crafts - As visitor's wander through the park, the tantalizing aroma will take you to the food court. Vendors offer an irresistable and varied selection of items. There is no shortage of food: organized breakfasts and dinners are offered on Friday and Saturday by local service clubs/organizations.

Parade - The Muddy Frogwater Parade will take place on Friday, August 14th at 6pm. The parade will start at Freewater Park on NW 8th Ave, down Main Street, turn right on Dehaven Street and ends at SW 6th. 2015 Parade Application.

All vendors must print a hard copy of the correct application and the mobile vendor license and submit completed forms with payment and the required supporting documents to the Milton-Freewater Chamber of Commerce at 157 S Columbia, Milton-Freewater, OR 97862.

From Pendleton
, take Hwy 11 until you reach Milton-Freewater. At Rite-Aid, take a left at the light onto SW 2nd Street. Go to second stop sign and take a left onto DeHaven St. Yantis Park is on the right.

From Walla Walla, follow Hwy 125, which turns into Hwy 11 once across the Oregon border, to Milton-Freewater. Continue on South Hwy 11/N Columbia through town. Stay in the right hand lane and at Rite-Aid (second stoplight), go through the light onto SW 2nd St. Go to the second stop sign and take a left onto DeHaven St. Yantis Park is on the right.
